Argentinian Newspapers

Hi, I have updated the "Clarin" receipe and added 2 more newspapers for argentina. I hope it helps. Please tell me if there is something to improove on the receipe, those are my first attempts with Calibre receipes

Thanks, some comments:

1) Add language and __author__ fields to the new recipes
2) The indentation in populate_article_metadata is incorrect, shuld be a multiple of four
