What is this Feature About?
Can someone explain what is going on in this 'E-Books' section?
At first, I thought that anyone could upload any e-book for free to this, well, server, I suppose. But then it struck me that there had to be some sort of quality control, otherwise the thing would quickly fill up with everybody's scribblings. Kay H.B. |

You got it right sort of. Anyone can upload an ebook as long as it’s legal for the ebook to be distributed.
It’s not cluttered because it’s not a good way to get the word out about your book since there’s zero advertising except your own and of course you can’t charge for it being available here. |
