How can we erase gaps between words collectively?
I want all lines to be smooth.
How do I fix it collectively?

Are you prepared to use the Book Editor (T) ?
Do you know basic REGEX (There are a few good tutorials here at MR from a few years ago. Check the Wiki section).
The editor will show what the character code at the cursor, in the right side of the status bar.

What should I look at in the Wiki section?
What software will I use?

I don't have Regex.
But I can handle all kinds.

Just show me where the topic is.

REGEX is built into the Editor.
My bad about the Wiki (I thought that tutorial (Pablo was the Author) had been placed there)., From what you say, I don't think you need the basics of REGEX

What you show in your screen shots is exactly what got me going in the Editor some years ago. It is all fixable, and even enjoyable if you like challenges in logic.

Can't teach the editor in a post, of course. Look for videos on YouTube about the Calibre editor...there are some good ones and plenty of bad ones, but at least they will show you the screens and some basic navigation and operations. The Calibre User Manual is a huge help. Search and replace is the tool I use most in fixing these things, both plain and regex. Most of the regex and html coding you will need to know is very much at the simple end of the scale, so pretty easy to learn or figure out.

The Editors Spell check may help (If your Language is supported). It looks ahead, and offers a joined selection.

It will still be tedious, but it may reduce the mess down to a tolerable level.

BTW even if it does not offer a 'join', it can jump you to a word fagment. Simply double click the word in the spell check LEFT column,and it will jump you to the next place it is found, where you can choose the repair. (repeat or put the fix in the replace box. This will still leave the trailing fragment)
