Likebook Mars - Can't change refreshing rate

Hi
I used to be able to change the refreshing rate in Reading Setting. But a few days ago, it got locked up.
Now it got stuck at the default 20 pages.
I can change all other settings normally.
I have tried to do a factory reset but still can not change the refreshing rate.
Does anyone have a fix for this issue?

I had a similar problem where I could not change light settings. I cleared up on its own - I have no idea why. Maybe turn on wi-fi and make sure you have the latest updates?

Uninstall warm/cold color temp

My problem with changing refresh rate disappeared on it's own after some time.
It seem that a certain area of the screen becomes irresponsible to touch, not just the setting it self.
After turn on/off A2 mode a couple of time to force screen to refresh, that area works again.
