Kindle PW2 doesn't get RESET
Hey Guys,
I have a kindle PW2 and I'm unable to reset it. It just seems to do a restart (wifi gets connected automatically, the books reappear in the storage even if i delete it before reset, etc). THe contents also don't get deleted (the books keep appearing in the local storage even if i delete, turn off wifi and reset) I don't understand what's going wrong and I've searched everywhere but nothing worked. Kindle paperwhite 6th Gen (2013, 9060 sn) 5.12.1 (update to 5.12.2 not happening, button always greyed out, unable to install from bin i.e., placing bin in root dir also doesn't work) |

The memory went read-only mode. Corrupted chips or controller.
Highly likely it cannot be restored via software methods. |
