How to retain the directory structure of the uploaded books
I have book collection in epub format and are organized into different folders and sub folders. I want to convert all of these epub files into azw3 format using calibre and save them in the same directory structure. Could anyone please tell me if calibre supports this ?

Use the command line tools (to convert).
There you do all the heavy lifting, but you also get to must specify the in and out paths. |

Thanks you for the replies. I think I cannot do from Calibre UI. Will try the command line.
