Metadata dialog layout not as expected
Hello all - I had to re-load Calibre a little while ago after (unfortunately) needing to completely reset my computer. Now, the metadata dialog looks very different from what I'm used to. I've seen this format before, but have no idea how to switch it back. Currently the metadata is showing in a dialog with 2 tabs, one for standard metadata and one for my custom fields. My preferred dialog display has everything compactly displayed on one tab. How do I reset the display back to the way I like it? All the info is there, I just find the two-tab arrangement extremely cumbersome.

There was another user yesterday, that wanted to remove colored text. I KNEW there was a setting, but could I SEE it (I looked right at that place and still could not see it)
