Horizontal line on my Note's display

Hello everyone,
my Boox Note has a weird issue. Some day ago a black (or white, depending on the current screen) horizontal line appeared right in the middle of the screen and it doesn't go away.
Here's a picture.
Does anybody know what's happening?
The reader is still under warranty (I bought it in april 2018), so I wrote to ereader store, I hope they'll answer me soon.

I have the same problem with my device. The only difference is that there are several lines and the one in the middle is already rather big and annoying while reading.

I bought mine in May 2018. I've written to them about two weeks ago and they told me to send them the device in order to fix this hardware issue.

That's great news. I've written to them a week ago, but I'm still waiting for an answer.
