How to Switch Libraries?

I just upgraded Calibre after not having done so for a while and see that my option for how to switch between libraries has changed. When I click on the library icon "Choose Your Library" now comes up. I am really afraid to experiment with this screen because I'm quite capable of making a mess of something. So how do I switch between libraries? I am sure the answer is rudimentary, can someone help out?

Do they both (all) appear on the quick switch list?

To add. Switch/Create; Use Existing; point to it.
Then you just use the Quick switch list to flip between

No QS List, You only have 1 library DEFINED.
