Switch/Create Library Request

Hi.

Would it be possible to add a feature where I can use a keyboard short-cut to either switch to a different library or create a new?

That way the list for the Quick Switch could be moved to a separate window like the short-cut DaltonST was kind enough to tweak for me last year:

The Favourites plugin can include action items from drop downs into its own drop-down actions, but it has no keyboard shortcut capabilities - viz:

This is not something I am interested in adding to core calibre, but a plugin can certainly be created that does this.
