Copy to library no longer showing up

The "Copy to library" command doesn't appear in the in the interface, although it still shows up in Preferences.

What am I doing wrong?

Copy to library will only appear in the book list context menu if you have more than one library,

And I don't think it is in the default settings for 'context menu when device connected'

Just to add.
The libraries need to appear on the Quick switch list(be known to this Calibre installation. Via the Create/Switch (use existing) )

OK, that answers that. Somehow my libraries all disappeared. Everything is working now, thanks for the help.

Something happened to a User setting (those live in the preferences folder) file.
