Moon+ Reader Pro two-page formatting

I have Moon+ Reader Pro on my Samsung Galaxy Tab3 10" tablet. While visiting my daughter her little girl got hold of the tablet and somehow managed to delete quite a few of my apps! I reinstalled Moon but now have a problem with the way it displays epub and PDF files. Before it always displayed two pages at a time and paged through the document the same way. By that I mean that if I was reading pages 5/6 when I paged it would be displaying pages 7/8. Well now it displays 5/6 but also the edges of pages 4 and 7. When I page it will then only move by one page. Since almost all of my documents are in PDF format I'm hoping someone on here can explain to me in simple language how to get my previous formatting back!

well if you previously used the excellent built in backup feature, you would simply restore a version that was set up how you liked it.
if not then you have to figure out which of the many many references somehow got changed, or set all to default and start over with customising- then make a backup when done!
you can reset any android app: settings - apps - [find the app] -delete data & delete cache. delete data wipes all user preferences, logins etc, it becomes like a freshly installed app
I keep regular backups for ease of setup on any new device. The backup option is in preferences [ while no book is open]. it will backup to your choice of cloud provider
