Smile E-reader error - fix with read-only removal

I just installed the new version 3.44 and I began receiving errors every time I tried to open a book with the calibre e-reader. It turns out that in my case it was because the calibre-cache directory was read-only.

C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\calibre-cache

Once I removed the read-only tag on the above directory and sub-directory and files, the error disappeared.

Such a simple fix in the end, if you can find it! No idea why the directory was read-only.
