Trying to remove margins from a book

Hey guys,

I am trying to remove margins from a book but I am not able to. I already removed all margins: from the css but there are still margins. I also removed the indent rules, but there are still margins. It's getting anoying.

Can any of you try to remove the margins and let me know if you were successfull?

This is the book:

That book is a MESS of blockquotes, not margins, nor indents. I can't believe Knoph shipped it that way

Sorry, I didn't know the book had copyright. My grandson gave it to me. Is it not possible to remove the "blockquotes" some how?

add something like

Code:

blockquote {
   margin: 0 !important;
   padding: 0 !important;
}

to the extra css in the lok and feel section of the conversion dialog.
