Help To reset "Edit meta data layout" as appeared earlier

I used to have a classic Edit metadata layout
as shown here

I have updated to 3.44 and but haven't edited metadata during the last few updates

"Comments" column on the right moved to bottom of the left and details are out of the screen

How can I adjust layout the way I used to have

Every once in awhile, some settings get glitched for no apparent reason during updates.
I just chased down (with help), some installed plugin's that got forgotten.
