Damaged Boox M92/Icarus - Workaround needed

Hello All

I have been using an Icarus Excel/Boox M92 for about 7-8 years now. Recently however, it has suffered some screen damage in the top right corner (I sat on it :P)

As a result, the top right of the screen has an approx 1 inch by 1.5 inch portion of the screen that doesnt refresh.

Since I am a student on a limited budget I can't afford either repairs or replacement right now. Is there a software workaround to move text down past beyond that broken box or any other solutions anyone can think of so I can continue to use the device?

Any advice/workarounds will be greatly appreciated. I am attaching an image of the ereader below.

Sorry to see that.

The M92 is seen like a USB key, you can transfer the file on your computer.

Is it possible to get an estimate of repair costs?

I have PMed booxtor but received no reply. Does anyone know how to contact him or where else to get it repaired from? I live in North Italy.

If after one week or more you haven't a reply use his contact form.
