Title Casing Heirarchal Tags

I checked around but wasn't quite able to locate a way to bulk title case heirarchal tags, or create a rule.

Current Tags

Era.american civil war

Desired Tag

Era.American Civil War

Also how can I uppercase only part of the tag and not all of it?

Nevermind,

I figured out a workaround

Basically, I just inserted a space after the "." and then title cased everything, and manually upper-cased the ones I wanted, then went and deleted the space.

I presume he is referring to the Tags text edit field in MDE (or F2 in the book list), its case changer will presumably operate on all tags, which may not suit.

Unfortunately the Manage Tags list doesn't offer the Case change feature. That would be my preferred place to do it.
