Hello,
it is possible to open several Calibre simultaneously, one for each different library?

No,

You can use the CalibreSpy plugin to open additional libraries for read only functionality.

You can also VIEW any library using the content server and your browser.
The Find duplicates plugin, will tell you if the book appears in the designated library (it won't tell you about the formats or quality)

Preferences: sharing over the net to set it up (Tick start with Calibre, set the rest as desired. (click the Start Server, this time)

In the browser enter the IP (hover over the sharing icon on the main tool bar) of your PC (127.0 0.1 seems to have become problematic) into the address bar of the browser. eg http:\\192.168.0.16:8080 The last is the assigned port. many of us move away from 8080 as it may have other users
