Conversion errors

Used the kindle yesturday and it was working fine but now trying to convert several book result in convert failures.

I download fresh install of calibre on another pc in the house to and the same thing.

Fresh calibre 3.4.1.3 install. rtf to mobi failed to convert:

I also tried converting a epub to mobo and convert fail too.

Open the RTF in Word, save it as DOCX and convert that and you should be fine.

That worked thank you!

It's to Calibre's credit that I have been using it to convert books for years now and this is the first time a conversion flat out fails when I am able to view the source file without problem directly from the PC.
