What is "use smaller panning rate"
It is placed on gear icon>screen>e-ink settings>use smaller panning rate. "use smaller panning rate" is enabled by default but when I disable it what will happen?
My device is Kobo Glo HD |

It sets a lower "refreshes per second" when scrolling (2 vs 30). It is enabled by default on eink devices.
Most people wil want to leave it enabled. Some android users with modern Onyx/Likebook devices and A2 enabled can disable it without pain. |
