Speed up conversion

Hello, I have a huge mobi file that I must convert to azw3. Unfortunately the seem to take days (and I don't want to melt my pc). So, is there any setting or method to speed up the conversion?

Heuristics OFF (not enabled) on the screen that appears at the start
Nothing else (programs) running, even in the tray.

Melt? You have a PC cooling problem?
IMHO the Fans, Fins and Grills should be cleaned of lint twice a year on any machine run daily. Don't forget the GPU fan (I have lost more vid cards to GPU fan failures. I try for fanless as I am not a 'gamer'.).
A wire cake cooling rack works wonders keeping air flowing to, and the wires also wick heat from the bottom of a 'Lap Scorcher'. and it is cheap and needs 0 batteries

Thanks, I left the conversion working on a friend's PC with good performance. The ram is working normally but the CPU is trudging. It will probably end in 4 days
