I found it at the LearnOutLoud.com website.

The only condition spelled out, that I saw, is that it is "for first-time purchasers." I have purchased from Kobo before, but not "Walmart Ebooks," so I will consider myself a "first-time" purchaser, in the absence of any fine print that says otherwise. Too, use of a Walmart Ebook" apparently requires a _Walmart_ app.
