Talking Kobo Firmware Utility v0.1d
Hi,

I created a firmware dump tool for Kobo devices but its far from done and i need some help. (i need feedback)
You do not have to open up your Kobo and that makes it excellent for all those H2O devices.

People,

I am in need of firmware images in order to further my progress as of version 1.d.
Consider helping out by sending me your firmware by PM.
I will strip out the serial upon receiving if you cannot do this yourself.
(its the only unique part found inside any firmware)

Use the 'tiny firmware' dump if you can (its small by excluding the 'KOBOeReader' partition)

Thanks for sharing. Do you do any firmware tweaks? I was just wondering if there is a modified firmware out there which makes book list (or even just a library) a default view. The disorganized thumbnails default on Kobo are really awful. I already use Koreader but I don't like it much either.

Not really on topic, but no. Regarding KoReader you might want to consider donating to see these kind of changes.
