KOA2 Lockscreen background get lighter when inputing password...

Some of my friends who have KPW4(latest firmware version) also have such experience.

It happens usually when the kindle is awakened after a long time. After "WAKING UP", I inputed my password to unlock the kindle. Every time when I press a number button, the background image just gradually lost random pixels so that the picture itself looked lighter... The background stopped changing if I have inputed a lot of digits.

No problem occurrs if it's not awakened from sleeping.

An unknown bug. XD

What happens when you wake it from sleeping and never touch the screen?
Watch the background carefully, you might just be seeing something which always happens.

Note: "current firmware" is not a good description, its meaning might change tomorrow.

Sounds like run-of-the-mill, perfectly normal eink ghosting?
