Question about the device list

I've noticed the length of the device list is fixed. I.e. you cannot cram an endless number of devices on it. Still, I've also noticed some members have longer lists than I do (and yes, they have spaces in their list). Is there some trick how to get more devices on the list? (aside from not inserting any spaces, but that makes the list ugly and hard to read).

I'm always interested in which reading devices people use. Many members have multiple devices in active use and imho the fixed space should be somewhat longer than it is now (has it been the same length since the beginning? No wonder people can't list their devices properly anymore, but have to resort to all kinds of weird abbreviations). That's just a suggestion, of course.

I seem to have a Limit also....

Not sure. Maybe a limit that was added quite a while ago and some people's lists are just grandfathered in? I don't really know. Looks like there's a limit of 70 characters on that particular field in the "Edit Your Details" section of the User Control Panel. Even for me.
