Will updating my kindle 4 to newest version harm the jailbreak?
My current version is 4.1.3 but I wish to update so web browser is fixed

Make sure to update to the latest JB for your platform first. After the update you may need to reinstall any enhancements you had previously installed.

Generally, yes.
But on FW < 5.x, the JB itself will be unharmed, for sure, and *most* hacks will survive, too (mine definitely will, for instance). |
