Small Cover Images
I did try to search for this, the best I got was references to cover problems but not a fix for this one. That said I'm sure this is a common and easy one.
Anyway, I have a number of books, native epubs, where the book cover looks fine and big in Calibre, but when I add it to my Kobo it ends up small. It doesn't even seem like an aspect ratio thing because I end up with tons of empty space to the right and below. Example, I'm looking at the Sleep page right now and the cover for my current book takes up a little more than 1/4th of the available space. Conversly I have the same entry up in calibre and the book image is bigger on my screen than the Kobo itself. What can I do, what am I doing wrong, etc. Thank you for your time! |

Maybe is an image/screen size ratio case.
What is the program you use? Good luck. |

I'm only using the Calibre I mentioned, should I be using extra stuff?

Have a look at https://www.mobileread.com/forums/sh...09#post3736209. My post there should have the solution.

I just want to know if you are using Kobo's Nickel, KOReader, Plato, CoolReader or another program to read epubs.
Anyway, for reference, this is the code I usually use: Spoiler:
as davidfor says you can easily do with Calibre's E-Book Editor or with Sigil if you prefer. Good luck. |

Glad to see I wasn't the only one to encounter this problem.
In general, an epub-to-epub conversion in calibre heals a multitude of problems. |

I'm just running stock and generally want to keep it that way. I just want to read my books and have them look proper.
