Cool How to make sure future additions on device and library matc?
Hi since i am having a mismatch on device and library view was thinking if I pause sync temp add books clean meta data and then resume sync would it ensure future books in library and device match?tia Also the green check means they in syn in library and device right?

I really suggest there will be less grief, if you only add books to the Library by a single method.

note that there is a DEVICE VIEW context (right click) option to Match books to the Library (never used it, so you need to break that trail )

It means that calibre thinks the books match for it's metadata match criteria. This does not necessarily mean the books actually match (same SHA512 for example).
