Hello everybody,

I recently bought a Sony 505 and I'm happy with it for the time being. I'm one of those who didn't find any of the features of the 700 enough to make me want to upgrade.

Question. I bought a couple of books from BooksOnBoard in the Adobe Digital Editions format. The books resize themselves OK across the page when I cycle thru the 3 font sizes. However they don't resize lengthwise, i.e. when I use the largest font, every third page or so ends near the top of the screen.

Is there anything I can do about this?

Hi Sundowner and welcome to the Forum. I've noticed the same thing with ADE but not sure what the remedy is, if there is one. My technical betters on the Forum will no doubt chime in and offer expert advice.

BTW, I do agree with you regarding the 700. I'll check it out when it hits the stores but, for now, I doubt I'll upgrade. Now, were Sony to offer a trade in deal, I might be tempted.

Am very interested in seeing the new book site.

Not that I'm aware of. The PDF has a physical "page break" that the device is respecting. So, you get two and a half, for example, screens per page.
