How to go Home from within an app on the Note

Is there any way to bring up the status bar within an app (such as Dropbox, Kindle, etc.)? It seems the only way to get to Home is to push the physical back button repeatedly ...

Within the Neo2 reader, it's easy to get to the status bar to push the home icon. But this doesn't seem to work in other apps?

Hi, I think there's a setting that chooses to have the main bar visible at all times, also I think that holding the return (back) button will go back to home screen....

long press on the app icon
app optimize settings
disable run in full screen

Or you could install button mapper and assign home to a double click/long press on some button
