Screen is not really flat?

I am happy with my Onyx Boox Note besides that the pressure sensitivity and accuracy of the pen doesn't work on the edges of the screen. Is this normal?

However, I noticed that the screen is not totally flat. Going over it with my fingers, I feel a lot of large bumps under the screen. Is this normal?

And I have some minor screen defect in the upper right part of the screen. There is small line that never vanishes, see pictures. Should I send my device in for reparation?

As for the accuracy on the edges Yes, is a wacom known problem

Even the stylus of a wacom screen change his accuracy depending on the angle you hold it.

the other 2, I have no idea, but the vertical line looks like a screen problem.
