Problem with making Paypal contribution

I recently had a complication with paypal and a credit card that was changed by the provider. Finally Paypal access was restored and when I tried to donate to Calibre, the paypal contribution is not being recognized. When I use Calibre to convert some formats , I normally contribute something for the success. Is there any other way, besides paypal to contribute? Thanks

There's a Patreon for Calibre, which I've been contributing to for a couple of months now. The Calibre Patreon allows you to make monthly donations on the first day of each month. I'm at work ATM so can't link to it, but there's a link to it on the Calibre website.
