Is there a highlight feature? 2020
I've had a look on the forum where some of the results are years old.

Is there a highlight option for Calibre or any other epub reader?

There will be a version 5 that will have highlighting in the viewer. It's currently in beta.

There will be when calibre v5 is released. You could contribute with the other beta testers.

What other devices? There is talk of maybe Kobo Readers will be able to have the highlights synced.
