Thumbs up Sacco and Vanzetti: The Men, The Murders,

and the Judgment of Mankind by Bruce Watson is a very interesting recount of one of the most famous trials in American history. Sacco and Vanzetti were anarchists in a time of "Red" scares, immediately after World War I. They were accused of having committed murder in the commission of an armed robbery and spent 7 years on Massachusetts' death row. The story of the trial and the prejudices of the era still reverberate in American history.

Sacco and Vanzetti: The Men, The Murders, and the Judgment of Mankind is a well-written account of the trial and the times, and a fascinating look at the years immediately following World War I in America. The Sacco and Vanzetti trial involved the passions of such persons as H.L. Mencken, Upton Sinclair, and John Dos Passos.

The ebook is available from Sony eBook Store ($18.16), Fictionwise ($16 [reg], $13.60 [club]), and Books on Board ($23.36 [$20.56 rewards]).

Listing the availability and pricing for the various sites is a nice touch. Thank you for taking the time, and I'll have to keep it in mind to do so myself.

To add to the list, eReader.com has the book on sale at the moment for $14.40 (reg. $16) with up to $2.16 going in the rewards program. That's odd because I think this is one of the few times I have seen eReader (and Fictionwise, no coincidence) with a price lower than both Amazon and Books on Board.
