Greetings and kowtows

I've just learned about Calibre, installed in on a Win10 PC, and had difficulty getting my Kindle library into it. So in desperation I turned to my nasty assistant Giggle, who led me to this forum. Perusing some threads helped me discover what was needed, and I was able to get a library set up in Calibre.

Sadly, I also located and installed the Android version, which brings an entire, different, set of difficulties. It didn't take as long mucking with the phone as it took with the PC to discern that I wouldn't be able to flounder into the light on my own effort, so I resolved to join you folks and try to leach some wisdom. Failing that, I'll just resort to begging and nagging. <shrug> What's a guy to do?
