Interface changed somehow
Opened Calibre today, and instead of the normal list of items with various fields (title, author, size, date, etc.) the interface has changed to a bunch of covers with truncated title and date (and maybe other items I cannot see.)

How do I get back to that interface?

Click on Layout and then on Cover Grid? Not sure if this is right since I have title as the text to show in Preferences/Layout/Cover Grid and there does not seem to be the ability to show multiple items.

Yes I had tried that and it switched to the item cover. But I tried it again and maximized the window. Now I see the missing list view (which was hidden before due to the fact the window was too small. Hmmm....

@NSILMike - you probably inadvertently toggled the Cover Grid or Cover Browser via a Keyboard shortcut

If you don't use these kb shorts, set them to None in Preferences->Keyboard.
