Russian language on Kobo
Anyone able to load Russian language books on their Kobo and have a Russian-English dictionary loaded?

I'd like to work on my Russian reading skills and will need a translation dictionary to do so.

Yes, you can read Russian language books. I imagine Ru-En dictionary is possible, too — I have an En-Ru one (replacing the De-En slot).
