bitrate of mp3
I need to put 21 audio files in the book, but since they contain speech only, then high quality sound is not required at all. And by changing to mono and low bitrate (with Total Audio Converter) size can be reduced by 3-4 times.
But Sigil plays just a file with high quality. Browsers (Chrome, Edge) and our test devices work without any problems with both audio files. - Are there any restrictions for mp3 files? |

On my 64bit Windows 10 machine, Sigil played both audio clips. You might be missing a codec. (Browsers often come with their own codecs.)
