go back to android 4.0.4

Hi, I'm Spanish, so I use google translator, I hope you understand me.

I updated my boox Max Letter to android 4.4, as I found on this page, where the reader bought me.

Everything has been very easy until I wanted to go back to the previous version, according to them it is very easy if you have the files, they say:

"When you want to go back to Android 4.0.4, simply download the appropriate MFG packages and follow the steps with the MFG tools again, it's only a matter of 5 minutes."

I have not been able to find those packages that say anywhere and I see that the only possible site where I can solve this issue is in this forum, because they talk very well about all these issues.

I have to say that Android 4.4 works for me, only that it is not completely translated into Spanish, in fact I do not know how I could do a wipe and so some things were translated.

I was very afraid that it would be useless, so I want to do it well and maybe it would be better to wait for the android 4.4 to be official.

I can not find the reader or reader in this new android, maybe that's not a problem, I can still install it from google play.

Do you think it's better that I stay with this android 4.4?
Maybe it's better to go back to 4.0.4 version 1.8.2?

What can I do ?, if I could go back as easy as I did to move to android 4.4, having the files with the mfg, I could try playing with android 4.4 and if I really would not like to go back to 4.0.4.

Now I'm scared. Can anybody help me?

Sorry I forgot the most important thing because I want to leave it as factory wine, now when I put the cable to pass data from the computer to the reader, the computer does not recognize the reader and I can not pass data, that's bad because I do not want to go passing my micro SD card from the mobile to the computer and the reader.

Can this be fixed in the new Android 4.4?

Interesting I put the Oreader folder in the root and I can read with this reader, since I copy and paste it as is, I had saved it from the previous version, although it does not appear in the application sheet, at least I can use this reader, although I have not had time to test and see if it really works 100%, since I have not done any installation, rather than copy and paste in the root.

I still need help to get the files that make me go back to the original android, if you do not know, maybe you could tell me where I could try my luck.

Thanks for answering, I thought I was alone, in the ereader store page I never got them to answer me, I think I sent an email saying something else, so I left it as impossible and that's where the onyx bought me.

According to what I have read, you have to do it again with MFG, but you have to be the appropriate file of 4.0.4 for onyx which I can not find anywhere. if you find it

Sincerely friend, I downloaded it from the same site, and I installed version 4.4, now I download it again and the only difference I see is the name of the file.

1-When I downloaded it, it was called
2-when I download it from your link it's called

1- MaxCarta_2017-05-19_22-37_dev_0d4c523_user
2- MaxCarta_2017-05-03_01-08_1.8.2_e54efe5_user

at least the name has changed although I take it from the same link

So really I'm confused, it would be best if some expert confirmed it to us, because according to what they say on the page it's a little scary if you make a mistake and I think it's a bit expensive to make it useless.

In fact I did not know how to do it either, learn how to make that copy of the system, maybe that's the salvation to go back to the original point and if you get it, send it to me hahahahahahaha.
