sub series

I'm sure this has been discussed/solved in the past, but all I can find doesn't really follow what I'm looking for. I'm looking for a way to do sub series. Some authors (R. A. Salvatore, Raymond Feist, etc) have large series, but smaller arcs within the series. I didn't know if there was a way to have a sub series (to use R. A. Salvatore for a example, has The legend of Drizzt. Which is sub divided into smaller arcs (The Dark Elf Trilogy, Ice Wind Dale Trilogy, etc)). is there a way to set that up so when I save my library to disk, or even do a search, it comes up: The Legend of Drizzt/The Dark Elf Trilogy/{series number}-{series}{title}?

Is streams... a title or a 3rd level?
And yes, you can do that. just remember your series name is gobbling up limited file pathe length if you use {series} in your save to device template.

You will need to take steps (there are older threads on shortening code) if this is needed

In this context. Streams is a series and you example of {series} is correct , but you show it as a 3rd level
Code:
legend of drizzt.
ice wind dale trilogy.
streams of silver
IMHO Way too long. drizzt is a character (only a tag?).
Is the word Trilogy really needed?
(I ditch: Trilogy, Series, Book #, Volume, Season) from titles or Series unless it is needed to break a tie
FWIW Some series I ADD a tie breaker

A Series name _ used by many authors, but not related.

Magic (authors initials)
