Unhappy Kobo Aura bricked ?

Hello
I'm asking you for help. After trying many things described here without success.

I din't use my Aura (2014) during few months and then it didn't restart.
So what I tried
I plug my aura on wall during a night
When I pushing the starting button the light orange is on and then blinking 10 times.
but screen didn't change. Backlight works
and I cannot see the reader on PC with usb

then I tried the reset button no change
Then I tried factory reset with Light and power manipulation
No change

Then I'm bit stuck
Screen never change.
if the screen is broken I should see the reader on the pc no ?
What can I try more ?

thanks in advance and best wishes for 2018

If the light button is working light on/off, it's probably mean that the screen is not responsive or broken.
Post a picture of the screen.

That definitely looks like a broken screen. Could be other issues as well preventing connection to computer, but without a functioning screen they are moot.

It looks like a broken screen. And Kobo devices are not automatically mounted by the PC when connected. You need to tap something on the screen to connect. Older devices with early firmware could automatically connect, but, I think that changed before the Aura was released.
