Hello all,
I am a holistic wellness activist and published author. I raise awareness about how day-to-day habits such as diet, exercise, sleep, and stress management affect people’s health. I believe chronic conditions share the same root causes like poor diet, lack of exercise, improper sleep, and unmanaged stress.
