I'm on my 3rd One: I bought the first on 1 September 2016, exchanged it for a better screen on 8 September 2016, and when it wasn't recognised by any computer exchanged it for this one 19 September 2017. I was pleased to have a new battery (though it was a hassle reloading 3000+ items for 3.5 Go) and more recently very pleased with the latest F/W - I'm on 4.6.9995 and patched.
But this morning, two hours after I last put it to sleep (manually), it was impossible to wake it up. Once back home I tried connecting it to my PC, then to a wall charger where I left it for a while in case the problem was due to an unexpected drop in charge, but it remained unresponsive. Since I always disable the automatic sleep function, I had no hope of success but I even tried a magnet. Any idea what could be the problem, and possible solutions? Should I bring it back to Fnac? |

Well, I managed to start it again after a couple more hours' charging. So I assume the One had completely discharged after a couple of hour's sleeping (I'm sure it was more than 50% charged when I put it to sleep).
