calibre Dropbox library stopped syncing

I've got calibre (3.10.0) running on two Windows (one 7, one 8) PCs. I've had Dropbox syncing the library for years without any major issues. While I know I've had a few slip ups from time to time (having two instances of calibre running at the same time) I'll noticed there'll be a "conflicted copy" in my Dropbox folder and I'll close both and resolve whatever I did incorrectly. That hasn't happened in awhile.

Recently I noticed that my reading progress wasn't syncing but it wasn't a big deal. Today however I realized that there are books in one library and not the other. There is no conflicted copy, I've gotten no errors, and have had only one instance of calibre running. I tried checking the library and restoring the database to no avail. I don't know what else I can do. Does anyone know how to resolve this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Pick one library and copy it over ot the other computer to replace the other library manually instead of through dropbox.

If your Dropbox folder isn't syncing that is a Dropbox issue not a calibre issue. Have you ever run calibre library maintenance and check your library?

Sorry I didn't see these replies until now. I uninstalled both installations, removed all settings in my Users folder, restarted, reinstalled, pointed to the library in Dropbox. Library now synced again. (@DoctorOhh if I gave you or anyone else the impression it was a Dropbox issue my apologies, my Dropbox is solid. No issues there)

But @kovidgoyal I can't get my reading progress to sync again. I was reading on PC A this weekend, now I open up the same book on PC B today and it opens from page one.
