Asking for Assistance for converting an eTextbook

So I have rented the textbook, "Thomas' Calculus" (14th edition) on Amazon and I have Kindle for PC (Windows 1.17) and the latest version of Calibre and the DeDRM tools installed. The textbook format is in AZW 4 and I'm having trouble converting it to an EPUB file.

I tried Googling around but I'm unable to find a working solution. I've increased my split size from 260 to 900000 but that didn't help either.

Is there anything I can do?
