Kobo windows app and audio links

I just bought a language learning book from Kobo's store, and I wanted to use it on my windows 10 PC because of the built in audio links for learning a language.

I have tried both the desktop version and the windows store app, and in both I can not click on the audio links to play the audio sections.

I don't get it... it just changes the page on me and I see NO help on this issue from their home page... wtf?

With the app version I was able to tab to switch to the embedded audio file, and then use space to start playing it... but I have a surface pro... that's an awful way to manage playback...

any tips?

Thanks!

Go to the product page on the Kobo site, and scroll all the way to the bottom. There should be a list of compatible devices and or apps.

Without a link to the actual book you’re asking about, all I can do is speculate. I’ve never bought a Kobo book that had audio included.
