I have been a Calibre user for several years. Since my retirement, I have been reading voraciously, and find Calibre indispensable. A great tool. I look forward to learning and sharing on this forum. My primary interests in books are in the fields of spirituality, history, philosophy and other non-fiction. I use a Kindle Fire tablet
and have ordered a Kobo Aura One to load all of my DRM-free books. I oppose DRM, but believe in paying for books that I keep. I find that having a library card and borrowing ebooks through Overdrive from the local library is a great way to read otherwise expensive books for free.
