Apologies for the rapid beta cycle. Apparently I broke CC's Content Server connection running on Android 4.3 and lower under some conditions such as never having connected to the cloud.

V5.3.5.1 beta

Fix (I hope) for problem on Android 4.3 and earlier when connecting to the content server. The symptom is that covers don't show and sometimes CC spontaneously disconnects.
