Problem converting specific .azw4 file

Hello, I have a problem converting this Kindle book.

Whenever I try to convert it to a PDF I get this:

Why is this? I can convert any other azw4 file just fine but this one always seems to fail.

I can't unpack it, it has DRM on it

You can't convert a file with DRM on it either. That's probably your problem.

I have the DeDRM Plugin though. DRM gets removed when I add any other kindle book except for this one.
