Hello
Could someone please explain to me why I can buy Kobo books without a creditcard (few Dutch people use one ) on my phone, but on line I can't. ( laptop ! ) If I try I get rerouted to a dutch version of Amazon ( Bol.com) where I don't need one. Regards Peter. |
